Infinity Capital Partners Advises MALCO on Sale to Sidereal
Oklahoma City, OK (May 21, 2024) – Mike Alexander Company, Inc. (“MALCO” or the “Company”), a Tulsa-based refractory products manufacturer has partnered with Sidereal Capital to fund the transition of the business from Mike Alexander to his son, Micha Alexander. Infinity Capital Partners (“Infinity”) served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to MALCO.
Originally founded in 1982 in Ponca City, OK by Mike Alexander, MALCO specializes in the manufacturing of refractory anchors, fabricated products, and other refractory products for industrial facilities in various industries. MALCO’s reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service sets it apart from industry peers. Over the last 20 years, Micha Alexander has played an increasingly larger role in the company and has helped drive considerable growth.
