GROWTH CAPITAL

Infinity assists in the placement of capital for various growth initiatives. We help identify and source the right capital partner and investment structure to meet our clients’ strategic needs.

Acquisitions – The fastest way to grow and scale a business is often through strategic acquisitions. Finding the right capital partner with the right investment structure, is key to unlocking this potential growth.

Growth and/or expansion initiatives – Whether it is building new facilities, expanding product/service offering, or investing in research and development, growth requires capital.

Financing short-term gaps in earnings – No matter how successful a business is, issues arise where capital may be needed to ensure long-term sustainability.

Other various capital needs – Partner/owner buyouts, generational transfers, bankruptcy, lawsuits, etc.

Most business owners are familiar with the traditional commercial banking options, but pools of capital exist outside of those options that can provide businesses with additional flexibility to accommodate growth.

Non-bank senior debt – Somewhat similar to a traditional senior debt structure, non-bank senior loans can come in many forms. These lenders often take a more wholistic view of the business and may be willing to offer higher advance rates or greater leverage, although often at a higher cost than traditional structures.

Mezzanine / subordinated debt – Junior capital options have a higher cost of capital but serve to bridge a funding gap. These solutions often provide owners the opportunity to bring in capital without giving up equity in the business.

Minority equity / structured equity / preferred equity – Slightly dilutive capital enables business owners the flexibility to achieve strategic goals with a capital partner who has aligned interests and can potentially assist with additional capital along the way.

Traditional majority equity – Although the most expensive form of capital, business owners often get a partner with aligned incentives to help the business maximize its potential.
