Infinity Capital Partners Advises Alliance Air Parts Sale to ACapitalFund
Oklahoma City, OK (April 25, 2024) – Alliance Air Parts, Inc. (“AAPI” or the “Company”), an Oklahoma City-based premium aircraft de-manufacturer and supplier to the general aviation aftermarket, has been acquired by ACapitalFund. Infinity Capital Partners (“Infinity”) served as exclusive investment banking advisor to AAPI.
Originally founded in 2006 by Butch, Vickie, and Mike Holtgrieve, AAPI specializes in aircraft de-manufacturing of bizjet and turbo-prop corporate aircraft parts. Through a series of transactions from 2016 to 2019, AAPI’s ownership successfully transitioned to the second generation with siblings Christie Ives and Mike Holtgrieve purchasing the Company. Under their collective leadership, Christie and Mike continued to grow the business and deepen AAPI’s reputation in the marketplace.

McAfee & Taft served as legal counsel to AAPI. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
