Infinity Capital Partners Advises Southwest Trailers & Equipment in Sale to National Trailer Dealer
Oklahoma City, OK (December 19, 2022) Southwest Trailers & Equipment, an Oklahoma-owned company specializing in trailer and truck equipment sales and service, has completed its sale to Great Western Trailer, a national trailer dealer with locations across the western U.S. Infinity Capital Partners advised Southwest Trailers through the sale, with McAfee & Taft serving as legal counsel.
Southwest Trailers was established nearly 30 years ago by Mike Dye and Greg Price and quickly became a prominent player in the trailer and truck equipment industry. Through the sale, the company – known for a high level of service and responsiveness – expands the geographic footprint of Great Western Trailer into the Sooner state.
