Sherwood Companies – an industry leader in civil construction – has acquired Traffic & Lighting Systems, Inc. (“TLS”) in a move that will expand its footprint in the transportation infrastructure sector.
Infinity Capital Partners was the buy side advisor for Sherwood during the transaction, advising company leadership on key acquisition structuring and due diligence items.
