Infinity Capital Partners Serves as Advisor to Creative Surfaces on Sale to Lynx Equity
Oklahoma City, OK (October 3, 2023) – Creative Surfaces, Inc. (“CSI” or the “Company”), a manufacturer and distributor of custom commercial casework, cabinetry, fixtures, and countertops, as well as interior and exterior signage, announced its sale to Lynx Equity Limited (“Lynx”) of Ontario Canada. CEO and former owner Jud Pins, and the existing executive team of CSI, will continue to manage the Company under Lynx’s ownership. Infinity Capital Partners (“Infinity”) served as exclusive investment banking advisor to CSI. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Sioux Falls, SD, Creative Surfaces, Inc. was founded by Ted and Bev Pins (parents of current President and CEO, Jud Pins) in 1988. CSI has since grown to 123 employees and $40MM in annual sales. The Company has expanded end-markets beyond its commercial roots to include casino gaming applications as well as residential installations.
