Spectrum Water Technology Acquires AFCO 360
Infinity Capital Partners advised AFCO 360 on the transaction, which closed August 30, 2024.
Oklahoma City, OK (September 11, 2024) – Infinity Capital Partners is pleased to announce that AFCO 360, LLC (“AFCO” or the “Company”) has been acquired by Spectrum Water Technology (“Spectrum”). Infinity Capital Partners (“Infinity”) served as the exclusive investment banking advisor to AFCO.
Founded by Brett Feldes, Adrian Logan, and associates, AFCO is a leading wastewater treatment provider primarily serving commercial and industrial customers in the southeastern United States from its headquarters in Lake Charles, LA. Since inception, the Company has grown rapidly through new customer relationships and expanded service offerings including waste disposal, industrial mat rentals, and activated carbon systems for water and air emissions purification.
