Oklahoma City, OK (November 20, 2017) - Infinity Capital Partners (“Infinity”), a full-service investment banking firm based in Oklahoma City, OK, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Drill Right Technology, Inc. (“Drill Right”) in the sale of the company’s assets to Integrity Directional Services (“Integrity”) for cash and other consideration.

Founded over 15 years ago, Drill Right is an independent full service directional drilling tools company providing performance motors, MWD equipment, and specialty servicing and maintenance. Integrity is expected to move key non-field employees from their Dallas and Midland offices to operate out of Drill Right’s Oklahoma City headquarters.

Infinity Capital Partners worked closely with Drill Right ownership – advising all phases of the transaction including marketing, due diligence, and structuring of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
