Mr. Grace is a Managing Partner of Infinity Capital Partners. He focuses his time on both sourcing opportunities and serving clients’ needs on both the sell-side and buy-side. Mr. Grace started his career in commercial lending and through that experience was exposed to a wide variety of industries as well as deal structures. He has a curiosity and passion for different forms of debt and specialty financing instruments.   

In a prior role, Mr. Grace was a Partner at Giant Capital. There he provided strategic consulting services for small and middle-market businesses advising companies on growth financing, capital restructuring, and cash flow management.

Mr. Grace holds a B.S. in Sociology from Oklahoma Baptist University where he was a four-year letterman in basketball. He also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma where he was selected as a Price Scholar. Mr. Grace resides in Oklahoma City with his wife, Danae, and their son and two daughters. He serves on the Board of the University of Oklahoma M.B.A. program. In addition to spending time with his family, his interests include reading and health.
